    Regular Meeting

1) Role Call:

·       Present: Chet Hendrickson, Brian Palas, Eldy Miller, Terry Smith, Dean Billick.

·       Absent: Chuck Stockdale, Pat Dolphin excused.

 

 

2)         a) Agenda,

·       Terry made a motion to approve, Eldy Miller 2nd.

·       Tabled Item #4 until November Mtg.

·       Motion Passed

 

a)     Minutes from Sept 19, 2007.

·       Brian Palas made a motion to approve, Eldy Miller 2nd.

·       Motion Passed

 

 

3) Comments from Community,

·       Millicent Cozzy asked that the P&Z minutes be publicly posted in a timely manner. Aaron Anderson agreed some gaps in posting have occurred and indicated all minutes are currently posted to date.

 

 

4) Discuss development standards for Conservation Development Zoning,

·       Tabled until November mtg.

 

 

5) Discuss guidelines for “Private Garage” as related to accessory building.

·       After further review the P&Z understands or interoperates 6-13-9-C to allow for more than one principle use structure within C-2 zoning. The presents of a residence on the lot is irrelevant concerning the number of permitted principle use structures.

·       The P&Z Committee found more concern with the “Great American Shed Companies” planned use of the site in question. Currently Manufacturing is not listed as a principle use for C-2 zoning districts.

·       The P&Z Committee notes that the required set backs as written in 6-13-9-B need to be followed concerning additional principle structures.
