4) Discussion: Review & Update Future Land Use Plan.
· All P&Z members to review the current 2002 plan prier to the next meeting. P&Z will review the land use plan as a first pass to determine appropriate updating needed. It may be determined that outside services should be used to update Ely’s Plan. City Land use Plans are typically reviewed every 6 – 8 years.
5) Other Planning Projects & Activities.
· A P&Z workshop is being offered by Iowa State University. All interested P&Z members need to inform Aaron Anderson (City Clerk) by the March P&Z meeting.
