ORDINANCE No. 210

AMENDING THE ELY ZONING MAP BY DESIGNATING A PARCEL AS AN R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

SECTION 1.   DESIGNATION OF R-1 ZONING DISTRICT.  The following legally described parcel is hereby designated as an R-1 Single-Family Residential District pursuant to Section 6-13-6-.B of the City of Ely Zoning Ordinance:

Lot 2, Serbousek Addition to Linn County, Iowa.

SECTION 2.   REPEALER CLAUSE.  Any ordinance, provision or part thereof, which differs or is inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed, to the extent of said difference or inconsistency.

SECTION 3.   SEVERABILITY.  If any section, provision or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional

SECTION 4.   EFFECTIVE DATE.  This ordinance shall be in effect from and after final passage, approval, posting and publication of this ordinance as required by law.
