Ely T-Ball League

Girls & Boys T-Ball Registration (4 & 5 year olds)

Registration opens July 6th & closes Aug 13th

PROGRAM FEES (per player):	$30.00 Ely resident	$35.00 non-resident
UNIFORM:	Players receive a team shirt to keep.
EQUIPMENT:	Players need to have a glove. Plastic cleats are optional. Metal cleats are prohibited
PRACTICE & GAMES:	Will be played at Ely City Park (north end of Hillcrest Street)

League begins August 31, 2010 and runs through October 5, 2010. There may be one or two sessions each night, beginning at 6:00 and 6:45 p.m., depending on the number of number of kids who enroll. Enrollment numbers will help determine schedules. Each child must be 4 or 5 years old throughout the duration of league play.

Registration and emergency treatment forms are available at Ely City Hall or below. Complete both forms and deliver with the program fee to City Hall; or put them in the payment drop box at City Hall. Our league leader Sarah Netolicky will contact parents of registered kids shortly before league play starts. If you have any questions, please email elyparks@gmail.com.
