Front Desk December 1 Reminder

Utility account holders - please be sure to sign up for Front Desk by December 1. https://elyiowa.frontdeskgworks.com/

After December 1, you will no longer be able to pay your utility bill via the City website or by calling into City Hall. All payments must be made either with a check or through the Front Desk portal.

If you are on automatic bill pay (ACH) this is now done through Front Desk. Your December utility bill will not be paid automatically if you do not set up your account.

Another positive feature on Front Desk compared to the old online billing process is that there is NO SERVICE FEE for at least the first year. This will save residents who pay electroncially through the City portal on average $35 in one year.
