FY 23-24
Council will review this budget at their April 3 council meeting and will hold a public hearing on April 17 at the council meeting before adopting the FY24 Budget. This budget reflects a general fund revenue and property tax levy less then the published Max Levy. Staff and council worked to reduce the budget and reduce the property tax levy from what was originally planned in order to help reduce the impact of property valuation increases on residents. The City Council is committed to keep the actual property tax dollars paid by Ely residents consistent from year to year.
